Our favorite Red Carpet maven and part-time fashionista Kerry Washington gives a little glimpse into her obvious obsession with the color Blue.

We've seen Kerry in navy, royal even in "electric blue". These looks can be a little difficult to pull off at times, but she does rather nicely in her choice of accessories. (someone's stylist works overtime....)
