In My Bag......

As promised at the beginning of 2008, I will be bringing you some of my favorite Beauty Must-Haves that keep this sassy fashionista looking stunning and feeling fabulous.......

I've swiped, slathered, tried, and tested my way through countless new beauty products in the name of shopping journalism. If you incorporate the piles of products I try on my own, you'd know that I have definitely "made my rounds" in the world of beauty.

Here's a few that are currently taking center stage in my Make-Up Bag.....

Carol's Daughter is synonymous with luxury and natural beauty and their Tui Hair Oil is no exception.... This combination of mango, guava and passion fruit delivers a beautiful shine and leaves your hair soft and silky.

A favorite of Jada Pinkett Smith, Tui Hair Oil is a great alternative for fashionistas like me who opt for wigs/weaves. Sometimes we neglect our natural hair underneath and forgo regular treatments (shame on us). Massage a few drops into the scalp daily and keep your natural hair healthy and radiant. This also works well as a weekly hot oil treatment. Carol's Daughter, $8.00-$17.50

If you wear foundation, you'll never put it on again without MAC Fix+ ......... This aqua-spritz of vitamin and minerals, calms the skin and adds radiance while perfectly finishing makeup. Two or three spritzes and you'll feel your skin drinking it up!!!! MAC, $15

Essie Cosmetics exceptional quality and whimsical shade names have garnered them the industry leader in nail care. The chip-resistant formula has an outstanding durability with a dynamic color selection far superior to anything else on the market.

Typically, Essie introduces 4 new collections a year seasonally and the line includes over 200 shades. My all time favorites are Fed Up, Sugar Daddy and Pinking Up The Pieces. Essie, $8
