Strength of Nature Delivers Beauty, Style & "Tress Talk" to Vegas...

 

During Cosmoprof 2013 the ingenious folks at Strength of Nature treated beauty bloggers and media to a Sunday afternoon "Tress Talk" brunch event. As a lover of all things beauty I never pass on an opportunity to discover new initiatives within the industry. 

The guest included a mix of vibrant women (and a few men) all beautifully locked, curly, natural, twisted and even a few wig divas like me. This was a perfect representation of the dynamic diaspora that represents the ever changing beauty landscape as we know it. I was immediately smitten and eagerly anticipating this wondrous event and the arrival of our host, actress Elise Neal.

Strength of Nature National Marketing, Charlene Dance shared her passion for the hair industry and the brands mission to ensure "Every Woman Has The Right To Beauty". She noted that the brand strives to cater to women of all ages, hair types and economic standing. Mrs. Dance firmly believes "Beautiful hair is healthy hair" , a sentiment that was gleefully accepted by everyone in the room. 

Elise shared her personal experiences in dealing with Ethnic hair in Hollywood. She was extremely candid and described the process of her natural hair being "fried" during shooting for The Hughleys. Along with delivering a refreshing dose of positivity she encouraged the audience to embrace their beauty and to garner their perfect balance in life.
