In Chic Beauty: Tips To Transition Your Summer Makeup Look Into Fall

If you're like most humans you adore Summer.... It's one of my favorite seasons and that special time of year I experiment with new beauty looks. I've become ridiculously smitten with anything pink this season and my Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie in "Never Say Never" has been making the rounds with me.

As the summer ends... Do I depart from this bold and vibrant shade? Of course not....
Effortless beauty is about owning your personal look and disregarding any beauty rules... Sans that one about black lip liner (Gasp).

Summer is all about the "Easy Breezy" look with a dash of bohemian. It's easy, playful  and care free. Fall on the other hand is a little formal and refined. It's a well maintained look that's carefully put together.

Tips for transitioning with ease.

-Mix lip shades for a deeper richer hue. You can even apply a deeper shade in the center to create a sultry Fall look.
-Glosses are normally reserved for Summer... But remember, NO rules!
-The days are getting longer and those eyes need to look bright and refreshed. I'm obsessed with eye creams and believe they're a must in any beauty bag.
-Be a bronzed goddess all year long... If you're not ready to let go of your holiday glow, bronzes are your new beauty BFF. Dust over your forehead, cheeks and chin areas for a subtle, yet stunning glow.
-Cheeks can remain rosy but contouring is key.
-Primer is essential for a polished look. It'll help your makeup stay in place while prepping your canvas.

Stay tuned as I share my favorite Fall beauty finds...
